We examine the competitive landscape to keep our clients abreast of what’s concurrently happening in the marketplace, while staying ahead of emerging players in the horizon. With technology accelerating the speed at which the industry moves, and consumer marketplaces becoming increasingly complex and fragmented as a result, it’s becoming more and more difficult to monitor the competition. That’s where we come in – we utilize a combination of desktop and on-the-ground research to uncover competitive findings in the markets and regions where our clients operate.

We partner with our clients to help them define or re-define their holistic brand essence – their brand’s mission, vision, values, traits, identity, and personality. With a cohesive brand essence, our clients are able to more clearly command what their brand stands for through all of their customer touchpoints.  We also help to ideate brand building campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that are relevant to their target demographic. For smaller brands, we support the product development process with overseas suppliers from beginning to end, managing sourcing and design to production and distribution.

ABOUT

NICOLE CHERI LANTIN, FOUNDER

As the founder of NxC CONSULTING, I am a curious and passionate industry professional with more than 12 years of experience across strategy consulting, consumer retail, and entrepreneurship. Prior to starting NxC CONSULTING, I served in corporate consulting roles at Victoria’s Secret and PwC, where I worked directly with C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients to solve some of their most pressing business problems. And prior to those roles, I obtained a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Originating from California, I have since left the golden state for personal and professional pursuits, living in Boston, New York City, London, and now Hong Kong, where I have spent the last 7 years and had my first foray into the entrepreneurship world. I leveraged my geographical proximity to China to launch my own e-commerce brand, giving me a glimpse into hands-on operations along the entire product value chain. I also served as Co-founder and CMO of a food tech startup that provided a marketplace for small food and beverage businesses in Hong Kong. All of these experiences have provided me with a unique global perspective, a ‘roll up your sleeves and figure it out’ mentality, and a constantly growing passion for consumer brands from small startups to large corporations. While I am currently based out of Hong Kong, I work with clients worldwide.
